Meditation group May 14, 2011, 9:00 am in Doral

We will hold a beginners meditation group on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 9:00 am in my office in Doral, FL. All experience levels are welcome.

This is a guided meditation group. In most groups my Spirit Guides will guide parts of the meditation session. This meditation group is non-denominational, non-religious. The goal is to gain peace, harmony and balance and to get closer to accessing our inner guidance.

This is a 1 hour group. In this group we will review meditation techniques on the first half and the second half we will practice meditation. The cost of this session is $20.00
