Guided Meditation Group, Miami, Doral

New guided meditation group to open in Doral, FL. Group starts on Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Cost of each session is $20.00.

Open to all levels of meditation knowledge and experience, from beginners to those with a regular meditation routine in place. Come join us for an hour of meditation practice and sharing with like-minded spiritual people. This group is non-denominational, non-religious.

I am a Spirit Guide Medium with over 10 years experience in Meditation. I guide each Meditation Group through spiritual protection first, then we practice 1-3 different meditation methods in each group, and we close with a short discussion of each participant’s experience during the session.

The goal of this meditation group is to expose the participants to different meditation methods in order to help each one of you develop a personalized meditation routine that is right for you.

This group will meet in Doral, Miami, FL but participants come from South Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Pinecrest, Miramar, Hialeah, Weston, Pembroke Pines, South Beach, Miami Beach, Miami Springs, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Sunrise.
