Consciousness Meditation class Saturday April 6, 2013 in Miami, FL

The next Consciousness Meditation group will be held on Saturday April 6 at 9:30 am.

Meditation groups are open to all levels of experience. The meditations are non-denominational, we do not follow any particular religion or belief. It is a Spiritual Meditation and the goal is to let go of stress and anxiety and make a lasting contact with our Higher Power. As a Medium, my Spirit Guides guide the meditation taking into consideration the energy of all who participate in the meditation group.

During this group we will also review the steps we follow during our guided meditation. We will follow with a 30 minute guided meditation.
